Terms of Service for elbow design

Welcome to elbow design. By shopping with us, you accept our terms and conditions as described below. We recommend that you read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Ordering

When you place an order with elbow design, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The order is only binding for us once you have received this confirmation.

3. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Card payment (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • MobilePay
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Shop Pay

Payment will only be charged to your account once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse.

4. Delivery

We offer delivery with:

  • DAO
  • GLS
  • PostNord

The delivery time is normally 1-4 business days unless otherwise stated at the time of order. You also have the option to pick up your order at our address: Borsvinget 12, 5320 Agedrup, Denmark.

We offer free shipping on orders over 349 DKK within Denmark. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will apply and will be shown during checkout.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. To exercise this right, you must contact us by email at hello@elbowdesign.dk and inform us of your wish to return the item.

The item must be returned in the same condition and quantity as when received. Return shipping costs are borne by you as the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Complaints

If there are defects or issues with a product, you as a consumer have a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. Contact us at hello@elbowdesign.dk to arrange the next steps.

7. Disclaimer

elbow design cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by external factors such as shipping companies. We reserve the right to cancel an order if unforeseen circumstances make delivery impossible.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Danish law, and any disputes shall be resolved by Danish courts. For customers within the EU, relevant EU rules also apply.
