Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for any costs associated with a return.

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • The return shipment must be sent with tracking
  • The item must be delivered directly to our address – we do not accept delivery to parcel shops.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as consumables (e.g., flowers or plants) or custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items on sale or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase of the new item.

14-Day Withdrawal Right in the European Union
Regardless of the above, if the item is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without explanation. As mentioned, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.

The buyer is responsible for any costs associated with a return.

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, except in cases of product errors or incorrect items delivered.
