When will my order be delivered?
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier selected at checkout. Your order will usually be delivered within 3 business days of dispatch.
Up to 3 days of production time can be expected, unless otherwise stated.

Where are the products manufactured?
All our products are designed and produced in Denmark . We use 3D printing and plastic from renewable resources to ensure both quality and sustainability in our production. 🌿
How do I clean your products?
Most of our products can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth. We recommend avoiding strong detergents or scouring powders as they can damage the surface. The products should not be washed in a dishwasher. To maintain the appearance and durability of the product, wipe it gently after cleaning.
Can the products be made in other colors than those on the product page?
Yes. All products can be made in the colors offered on other products in the webshop. If you would like a different color, please contact us before ordering.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@elbowdesign.dk . If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to stop it. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we cannot cancel it, but you can return it after receipt. Remember that you have a 14-day right of return on all items.
